The Founder
Teresa Michelle Baker
Teresa Michelle Baker has always known two things: she was born to build, and she was born to belong. After years of navigating boardrooms, entrepreneurship, and life as a woman of color, often as the only one in the room, she stopped waiting for a seat at the table and built her own.
BOSS LOVE.ORG is the community she wished she had. A space where female entrepreneurs of color don't have to shrink, code-switch, or go it alone. Where ambition is celebrated, vulnerability is welcomed, and sisterhood is the strategy.
Teresa is a speaker, strategist, and unapologetic advocate for women who are done playing small. She believes that when women of color rise together, entire communities are transformed.
